Employers who have 50 or more employees and pay each employee less than AED 1,500 per month are required to offer housing for their staff. The accommodations must include good lighting, air conditioning, and ventilation. At least 3 square meters should be allotted to each person. The ministry's guidelines include specifics for the kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and bedrooms. A medical service room, a prayer room, and a washing room should also be present.
